Are you a passionate, forward-thinking leader with an active Missouri cosmetology or barber license? Do you have a winning attitude and make your clients look and feel great? Do you love helping your colleagues to be at their best every day? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a full-time manager to lead and manage our high-performing Kirkwood Hair Saloon, where we help men and junior men look and feel their best every day in the tradition of the community barbershop.

- Has a motivating attitude
- Nurtures a store culture built on servant leadership, caring, and respect
- Recruits, hires, trains, and coaches members of your team
- Demonstrates top-notch communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Is at your best working both behind the chair (20-25 hours a week) and leading a team (15-20 hours a week)
- Can be both flexible and organized
- Drives to achieve goals, both as an individual and a group

Job requirements:
- Active Missouri cosmetology and/or barber license
- At least 3 years of experience in the hair industry
- Previous leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible, full-time schedule (M-Sa)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
