Qualifications

Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board.
Experience in customer service, computers, and cash controls preferred.
Must be at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Management experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Perform premium men’s grooming services to Hair Saloon standards while providing a first-class experience.
Assist guests in choosing the perfect service, style, and product.
Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members.
Improve your craft through training and continuing educational opportunities.
Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon
Achieve and role model Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
